Great Strength –2

Wookiees gain a +1 to all Might rolls. They also get a +1 whenever using Might in conjunction with grappling. This also allows them to inflict a 2-stress hit on an opponent as a supplemental action during a grapple.

Climbing Claws -1

Wookiees possesse curved retractable claws that sprouted from hidden sheaths in their fingertips with the flex of a muscle. This gives them a +2 to Athletics rolls when climbing.

Communication Restriction +2

The construction of their vocal apparatus prevents the Wookiees from speaking Galactic Basic Standard, or any other language that involved a high degree of vocal nuance. Nevertheless, they are quick learners and could easily grasp the various foreign languages they encountered.

Wookiee Toughness -2

Wookiees are remarkably tough gaining Armor 1 versus hand to hand and ballistic weapons.

Wookiees gain an additional physical stress box and an extra Mild physical consequence.

Mad Claw Mazak started as just another Wookie Mercenary taking odd jobs. He got so good at them he got a few bounties on his head. With a nickname like “Mad Claw” when the Bounty Hunters started coming for him they expected just that. Shortly thereafter, the Bounty Hunters found themselves hunted by something more cunning than themselves.

No matter how many Bounty Hunters came after him, they would always end up as Mazak’s trophies. He took their toys and added them to his own arsenal and sometimes to his own cyberized body.

A few years ago, Mazak signed on Shogo the Hutt to become one his chief enforcers. They say his only desired payment were the exclusive rights to new trophies and the means to get them…
